Every week we are planning step by step every training (Monday is PowerRun or FlexRun, Wednesday is SpeedRun and on Saturday is LongRun). Runners have to know that to make a progress should to do a variety of workouts like a stabilization, core strenght, intervals, speed, power, flexibility, mobility.
